VoiceDepot — a service of AppsTango LLC, Lehi, Utah, USA.

Use Case

Transactional and customer-care SMS sent to (a) business owners who have signed up for the VoiceDepot AI receptionist service or completed a free demo, and (b) end-callers who reply to messages from a VoiceDepot-managed phone number to interact with their AI receptionist (e.g., DONE confirmation, training updates).

Sample Messages

• "Tony just answered a call for All American Plumbing. He handled: hours, services, callback. Make it yours free for 14 days: voicedepot.cloud/start?d=abc123 · Reply STOP to unsubscribe"
• "Your VoiceDepot AI number is ready: +1 213 587 8068. Forward your business line to it with *72 +12135878068 from your phone. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."
• "New lead from your AI receptionist: Sarah Mitchell — wants a kitchen sink repair, requested callback 3 PM today. Phone: (303) 555-1234. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."
• "Reply DONE once you have set up call forwarding. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."

Frequency

Up to 8 messages per day for active customers (lead notifications fire in real time when a call is captured). Lower frequency (1-3 messages/week) for prospects and demo users. You may text STOP to opt out at any time.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message-and-data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. VoiceDepot does not charge for SMS; your carrier may.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any VoiceDepot message to opt out. Opt-outs are honored within 24 hours. Customers who opt out of operational notifications may be unable to receive lead alerts.

Carriers

Compatible with all US wireless carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and most regional carriers). Delivery to international numbers is not currently supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Phone numbers, message content, and opt-out status are processed under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number to third parties. We do not share opt-out lists with affiliates.

Consent

By providing your phone number on voicedepot.cloud (signup, demo, or onboarding), you give VoiceDepot express written consent under the TCPA to send SMS to that number for the operational and marketing purposes described above. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
